When Ruth Pugh first joined Century 21 Award in 1992 she didn’t know a thing about the real estate business. Up until then she had been a partner in a San Diego-based manufacturer of auto parts, along with her husband and brother. But one day, she showed up to work and was promptly fired. It seemed her business partners didn’t think she had the right business acumen to be in sales. She started her career in real estate with one simple goal – she was going to sell more houses than they sold auto parts.

Now nearly twenty years later, Ruth Pugh has mastered not only the San Diego real estate market, but the national sales market as well.
